In order to counteract the wear of components in shot-blasting machines, Friedr. Lohmann GmbH has developed a number of high-alloyed materials, which distinguish themselves as a result of their individual heat treatment through high wear-resistance. For example, mechanical shovels, tundishes, bottom grate sprues and protecting plates in variable designs are made from these high-alloyed materials. An extensive stock usually guarantees a short time of delivery.
Spinner-gate blasting facility systems are subject to heavy abrasive wear as a characteristic of their function. Friedr. Lohmann GmbH applies the know-how it has gathered over the last 200 years to continuous further constructive and qualitative development in the replacement parts segment, securing its long-term leading market position. Using various moulding processes (depending on component sizes and lot size purchases), we fill orders for standard replacement parts such as spinning muck spreaders, distributors, intake parts and protective segments for the broadest variety of systems and facilities.

The application of spinner-gate blasting systems stretches from abrasive blast cleaning (sand removal, de-scaling, paint stripping) to primer blasting (keying, etc.) and on to hot peening (engine transmission parts, etc.). All of these various specifications – also in relation to the steel particle – are covered by our extensive spectrum of aligned material qualities.
